Jim was granted an audience with the Mayor of Aosta, so we did not attend the planned morning activities in Biella, making it there a bit before lunch. We wound our way out of the valley to Biella (spectacular views, even with some rain) and met with our Rotarian and Rotaract hosts for the day.
